DESCRIPTION
Following up Indiana Jones and His Desktop Adventures, LucasArts continues its Desktop Adventures series with Star Wars: Yoda Stories. Just as with its predecessor, Yoda Stories features some of your favorite Lucasfilm movie characters (in this case, Star Wars-related) as you control a cute, big-headed Luke Skywalker through several training missions.
Yoda instructs you to help out on several different planets, such as the snowy wastes of Neshtab and the desert world of Tatooine. With lightsaber (and a few other weapons) in hand, you'll take on Stormtroopers, Snowtroopers, Imperial droids and anything else the Empire might throw your way. And don't be surprised if you eventually encounter the Dark Lord of the Sith himself, Darth Vader!
Along the way, you'll need to pick up valuable items unique to the Star Wars universe. If you ever need help, your trusty astromech droid R2-D2 accompanies you to identify things.
In keeping with the Desktop Adventures tradition, the missions are all designed to be short (less than an hour each), providing the perfect time killer for those slow times at work. Also, the world you visit appears differently each time, meaning that you'll always experience something new by taking part in Yoda Stories. ~ Christopher Michael Baker, All Game Guide

“A fun little casual title, full of humour, simple replay and games that could be completed in an hour. Occasionally, the random game generator would glitch you into something that wasn't solvable, but overall pretty fun.”
