DESCRIPTION
Star Wars: The Arcade Game does a decent job of recreating the experience of Star Wars, the coin-op classic from 1983. The arcade version's sensational vector graphics are copied with relative success via the home game's raster graphics, and the famous Death Star sequence remains a challenge. The voices are absent, and a few tunes are missing, but the main Star Wars theme is intact. The biggest drawback to the game is that the ship's guns don't move, eliminating much of the feeling of space flight found the original. ~ Brett Alan Weiss, All Game Guide
