DESCRIPTION
You are the captain of the U.S.S. Enterprise. Your mission is to protect the Federation from two of its most powerful enemies: the dreaded Klingons and the mysterious NOMAD. There are six rounds of play, each with ten skill levels.
As you play, you'll have access to familiar Star Trek devices and weapons, including warp drive, photon torpedoes, shields, and phasers.
In the first two rounds, you will meet up with two types of Klingon ships. The red ones try to destroy Federation Starbases and then seek to ram the Enterprise. The purple ones attack your ship with plasma energy orbs. They will also try to ram you. Scattered throughout these encounters are anti-matter saucers, which will attach themselves to your ship and drain the energy from your warp drive.
Next, you'll have to make your way through meteors and asteroids and try to find a starbase where you can replenish your weapons and shields. After you complete that task, it's time to battle more Klingons before meeting up with NOMAD. Once you destroy this dangerous force, you'll move on to the next, more difficult level. ~ Brad Cook, All Game Guide
