“Another great example of retro meets new eye to eye. I was hesitant when I first learned that Square-Enix was buying space invaders (or publishing it?) but it seemed to be a good move because they've been doing a lot with this series while still retaining what made it great to begin with. All you really need to know is that it is colourful, changes art style constantly, is quite fun, and you can move in all directions while everything flies around you and tries to kill you. Did I mention you can upload and play to your own music and some of the songs I uploaded where damn near impossible! Try DragonForce on there sometime.
