The developers at Crystal Dynamics invite gamers to return to the intricate and disturbing world of Nosgoth in this follow-up to the critically acclaimed original Soul Reaver title. This sequel's story begins soon after the climactic end of the last game. Once again in the role of the vampire Raziel, banished to an eternity of torture at the end of the first Soul Reaver, players will rise once more to travel through both space and time in this adventure, unraveling a deadly mystery that will surely lead back to the terrible Kain himself.

Though the gameplay here mimics the mix of occasional action challenges and clever puzzle solving of the original Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver, this release is designed to offer many new items and abilities, as well as puzzles that are more smoothly integrated into the environments, all in an enhanced setting of sights and sounds intended to take the dark, spooky ambience of the series to a new level. ~ T.J.
