The brought ol' Blue back to the way he should be played: frantic, fast, and furious. The only way you're gonna beat this game is by dying continuously and memorizing the levels... which is fine with me. Blaze seemed kinda like a tack-on, but it was still an okay run, and I'm glad they threw Super Sonic back at us, if only in time for a Boss Stage. If you dig classic Sonic, pick it up (and be sure to pick up Project Needlemouse, whenever it decides to reveal itself to the world).”
