Sonic Mega Collection Plus is a compilation featuring all seven Sonic-related games released on the 16-bit Genesis console and the Game Gear handheld, as well as ten additional games of the era, originally released for Genesis. All games are authentically emulated and presented in their original form. Featured Sonic Genesis titles include Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Sonic the Hedgehog 3, Sonic & Knuckles, Sonic 3D Blast, Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine, and Sonic Spinball. Original Game Gear titles include Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic Chaos, Sonic Drift, Sonic Labyrinth, Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine, and Sonic Blast.
