DESCRIPTION

Skate or Die begins in a skate shop. At the skate shop you can: enter your name, choose the color of your skateboard, get tips, view the high scores, choose the number of players, and select whether to practice or compete. After leaving the skate shop a skater is placed in the Townsquare which contains an entrance to the five events.

Downhill Jam is a race through an alley where you can also knock your opponent off of their board. Downhill Race has one player trying to get the fastest time on their way through various obstacles. High Jump takes place on a ramp as a skater goes back and forth attempting to go as high above the ramp as they can. Freestyle Ramp is where players earn points performing moves such as rail slides, footplants, and aerials. Pool Joust pits two players against each other as they skate inside of an empty swimming pool while trying to knock the other player off of their skateboard. ~ Jonathan Sutyak, All Game Guide
