DESCRIPTION

Shepherd's Crossing is a Harvest Moon-like game in which players take on the role of a world traveler who settles down for a life of bucolic farming and animal cultivation. Gamers can "grow" up to 80 different animals and crops on their farm and then trade the spoils to local villagers. A dozen different dog breeds can be acquired and used in traditional turn-based battles, but everything in the game comes back to the ability of gamers to grow and accumulate crops or goods, and then trade those goods for more than 60 different farm accessories. ~ Christopher Brown, All Game Guide
