DESCRIPTION

Shadowalker is a side-scrolling combat game with a gothic setting, à la Castlevania, and a title character who wields a long sword, shoots a big gun, and wears a short skirt. Ghostly ships have brought ghoulish creatures who are stealing children from the local village. The villagers call on the mysterious Shadowalker to champion forth and protect them from the evil spirits of the sea. Each colorful, 2D-pixel level leads players around a different setting, stocked with monsters and hidden secrets. As she defeats undead enemies and completes objectives, Shadowalker earns points that can be used to upgrade her blade or firearm. ~ T.J. Deci, All Game Guide
