DESCRIPTION

Similar in concept to the Sega PC Smash Pack and the Genesis' 6-PAK, Sega Smash Pack: Volume 1 is a collection of 12 classic Sega games on one Dreamcast disc. Though initially bundled and sold with a Dreamcast system, the Sega Smash Pack is also available as a stand-alone product for those that already own the console.

The collection includes emulated versions of ten Genesis games: Altered Beast (1989), Golden Axe (1989), Phantasy Star II (1989), Revenge of Shinobi (1989), Columns (1990), Sonic the Hedgehog (1991), Wrestle War (1991), Shining Force (1992), Streets of Rage 2 (1993) and Vectorman (1995). Also included are the Dreamcast version of Virtua Cop 2, which was previously available only in Japan, and the puzzle game Sega Swirl, originally released on the Official Dreamcast Magazine's demo disc. ~ T.J.
