DESCRIPTION

RoboCop follows the storyline of the movie fairly closely. The setting is old Detroit, where a private corporation known as O.C.P. has control of the police force. O.C.P. is responsible for the creation of RoboCop but some O.C.P. officials would like to see RoboCop destroyed. While fighting crime you will also have to watchout for O.C.P. backstabbers as well as follow your prime directives- 1. Serve the public trust, 2. Uphold the law, 3. Protect the innocent, and 4. (classified).

There are a total of nine levels to blast through: Level 1: Welcome to Old Detroit, Level 2: 451 in Progress, Level 3: Mean Streets, Level 4: Precinct Headquarters, Level 5: The Warehouse, Level 6: O.C.P. Headquarters, Level 7&8: The Steelworks, and Level 9: The Boardroom. RoboCop is armed with his Special Issue Auto-9 which can be uprgraded throughout the game with three-way bullets and armor-piercing bullets. ~ Jonathan Sutyak, All Game Guide
