DESCRIPTION

Road Runner is on the run from Wile E. Coyote once again. However, instead of merely watching the antagonistic duo battle it out on your television set, you get to control the action via your home computer. Road Runner must run and jump through a barrage of mazes, sand traps, falling boulders, cannon balls, ravines and other hazards and desert locations while trying to outrun the incorrigible coyote. He will chase after you on his rocket, skateboard, pogo stick and booster jet; if he catches you, you'll lose a life. In addition to avoiding Wile E. Coyote, you can try to lead him into the various obstacles.

At many points along the way, you'll find birdseed in your pathway. You should pick this up whenever possible, as it will help you keep up your strength. If the Seed Meter gets completely empty, you'll weaken and be captured by Wile E. Coyote. Also, if you complete a level without missing any birdseed, you'll get 10,000 bonus points!

Beginning with level five, you can pick up lemonade (as well as birdseed) for extra points and energy. Land mines begin appearing in the game during this level as well. You can jump over these mines for extra points.

After you complete a level, you will be given the opportunity to start over or take a short cut to the next level. Each short cut you take will reward you with an extra life. ~ Brett Alan Weiss, All Game Guide
