DESCRIPTION

Ridge Racer Revolution is the follow up to Namco's popular arcade racer Ridge Racer. The game features a brand new course, increased speed, elimination of pop up, and a few other tweaks to the original Ridge Racer home conversion that will have you surprised

Three courses are available from the onset, each being set through bright race tracks showcasing sunset coasts, mountain ridges, tunnels, city streets, and various other locations that will have you demanding more. Varying degrees of time also means that you will be blessed with seeing each course in a new light, whether it be at night or during a sunset, the according lighting is authentically in real-time.

A total of 12 vehicles can also be earned, including the ultimate Diablo and White Angel, while each vehicle offers unique attributes such as acceleration, grip, handling, and maximum speed.

Modes include a Two-Player Link up feature, a general Arcade mode, Single Race and Battle competitions. A version of the original 1981 Namco smash hit Galaga is also included in the introduction and is playable. ~ Brad Penniment, All Game Guide
