DESCRIPTION
This is the first chapter of the Revelations series. It starts with an innocent childrens' game, but that game starts an avalanche which eventually causes your entire town to be drawn into another dimension. You must fight to rescue your friends, your school, and your town from the corporation that bulit the machine that opened the gateway. With only your wits, weapons, and your Persona (the hidden personality witin all of us), you must face the evils that have been released.
This game differs from must RPGs in that it is set in modern times. You have the typical swords, but some characters carry firearms such as shotguns and sub-machine guns. You can negotiate with the monsters you encounter instead of fighting to get items or their cards which you can use to create a new Persona for your characters. Beware though, if you make them angry, they're more than willing to start talking with their fists. The Persona is what uses magic in this game. Each Persona has a different set of spells that it is able to use as its' level increases. Each charcter can have four Personas, but they can only use one Persona at a time. The good news is that they can change Personas during the fight. With various Personas to use and numerous enemies to face, this is one an RPG fan should look for. ~ Seth Deaton, All Game Guide
