Take on the role of a medieval warlord build fortifications and position your cannons. Destroy our enemy's fortress or defend against an invading armada. Once the onslaught ends, quickly rebuild and extend your territory before the next volley. Victory gains you dominion over all you survey, lose your cool and lose your head ­ literally. Game play is fast and quickly learned. Rampart offers three levels of difficulty, three different 2-Player game lengths with six different battlefields and each player can customize the control pad for their own personal feel. Each round of play is divided into three phases; Cannon Placement Phase, Battle Phase and the Build and Repair Phase. Use strategy to complete the Cannon Placement, fast reflexes to destroy your opponents in Battle and puzzle solving skills to Build and Repair.
