DESCRIPTION

Presented as an update to the NES' original Rainbow Islands, this DS platform game boasts smooth, colorful graphics and characters. Fans return to the Rainbow Islands to find that the hero Bubby has grown up a bit, and is now a practiced rainbow magician. He will need his rainbow-shooting powers once again, to make bridges across wide gaps and to take out the crabby bad guys who stand in his way. The game is designed to offer all the levels, power-ups, and sound effects of the original, but adds two new hidden characters designed by Harvest Moon artist Igusa Matsuyama. ~ T.J.
