R.Y.L. — "Risk Your Life" — is a fantasy persistent world RPG best defined by its fast-paced combat and large, inclusive game worlds. Gamers can choose to play as either a traditional human or a demonic Ak'Kan. Professions are open-ended, as characters become gradually defined by the new skills and classes they are free to choose as they level up. At the time of its official retail launch, R.Y.L. offers more than 200 individual quests that players can seek out and complete for glory, riches, and experience. Outside of the towns and other safe areas, the wilderness teems with monsters and other enemies, many of them loaded with loot.
