The first in a planned series of adventure games, Questmaster features cartoon-style visuals to highlight the accompanying text. Players type in nouns and verbs to navigate their surroundings and interact with the world. Real-time puzzles are also interspersed throughout, offering a twist on the traditional interactive fiction format. The storyline involves finding and defeating the vile Colnar, who wields the mysterious "Prism of Heheutotol." Explore a temple, frontier, town, cornfield, and underground lair while viewing over 100 hand-drawn screens, many of which are animated.
