DESCRIPTION
Q*bert for the Atari VCS is a well designed port of the 1982 arcade classic. Though it has one less row of cubes in the pyramid, and the controls take some getting used to, most enemies are present and basic gameplay remains intact. Graphics and sounds are less refined, of course, but the game looks about as good as can be expected. One disappointment is that the enemies don't jump from square to square; they simply disappear and reappear on the next cube. ~ Brett Alan Weiss, All Game Guide
