The lovable talking car, Putt-Putt, is back with his new pal Pep in Humongous Entertainment's Putt-Putt and Pep's Balloon-o-Rama. It is part of the Junior Arcade Collection from Humongous and is geared toward youngsters between the ages of three and eight.

Using Putt-Putt as a springboard, Pep hops into the air to pop dozens of balloons in each of the game's 120 levels. Pep earns a bonus for popping more than one balloon during a hop and there are hidden surprises in some of the fancier balloons. Some surprises give Pep extra popping power or make Putt-Putt grow in size. Other balloon goodies reveal hidden levels or add points to your score.

After each level, progress can be saved in one of 75 available Putt-Putt and Pep's Balloon-o-Rama save-game slots. The game also has a custom level creator in which you can build your own levels on various backgrounds with up to 40 balloons. During gameplay, Putt-Putt must catch Pep each time before he hits the ground. If Pep hits the ground, you lose one of the three turns available each game. ~ Anthony Baize, All Game Guide
