DESCRIPTION

A uniquely tiring game, Prop Cycle is outfitted with handlebars and pedals that enable players to ride a winged bicycle through three colorful worlds of balloon-popping action. The objectives are simple: pop a number of hot air balloons before the time limit runs out. The virtual bicycle rolls and pitches as the onscreen vehicle flies, and a fan of varying speeds blows wind through players' hair. This in conjunction with a 50-inch monitor makes the game a rush, giving players the sensation of flight. The polygonal graphics are nicely rendered, but certain objects in the distance do appear blocky as they get closer. The music is nice as well, but it never distracts from the gameplay. Prop Cycle starts off easy and is forgiving of mistakes, making it inviting for beginners. Later levels require precise control and increasingly swift flying. ~ Brett Alan Weiss, All Game Guide
