DESCRIPTION

Police Trainer is a first-person shooting game that is a simulation of police department firearm training. Players use a gun to pass various firearms tests that a police recruit in the Academy might face. Players begin as Patrolmen and work their way up the ranks to Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain, and eventually, Chief. Each level of Police Trainer has various tests which test firearms ability in areas like marksmanship, visual acuity, timing, speed, bomb disarmament, and shot accuracy.

Each level of Police Trainer is timed. Players must complete tasks quickly, sometimes in as little as eight seconds. Tests become harder and players have less time to complete them as levels progress. Each test has a specific point value which earns the player a "PASS" grade. If the player falls below that point level, he or she receives a "FAIL" grade and must complete the test again to move to the next level.
