DESCRIPTION

Pirate Poppers is a color-matching shooter, with the same action-puzzle play style as casual game classics Luxor and Zuma. Players control a cannon that slides horizontally across the bottom of the playfield and shoots upwards into strings of multi-colored balls that roll in, along a pre-set path, from off-screen. When the player fires a ball into the midst of balls of matching color in the string, all the balls disappear. Combos are possible, when removing balls of one color allows matching balls of another color to come together in the string. Prizes and power-ups are awarded for big combos, but they must be caught by the sliding cannon as they fall to the bottom of the screen. The mobile edition of Pirate Poppers features 60 levels of cannon-blasting puzzles, presented with a lighthearted, nautical theme. ~ T.J. Deci, All Game Guide
