This title is one of few true flight simulators developed for any console and, with the exception of a few combat-oriented releases, the very first for the PlayStation 2. Pilot Academy uses the power of the 128-bit system to render two dozen different 3D aircraft and around 400 square miles of space over which to fly them. Take to the blue yonder in World War II-era fighters, commercial and military jets, and civilian planes as well.
