DESCRIPTION

In Pengo for the Atari 5200, you are Pengo the penguin, and your favorite thing to do is run around an ice field, kicking huge blocks of ice. The reason you do this is simple: Sno-Bees are after you, and you want to crush them with the ice blocks instead of letting them sting you. If stung, you lose a life. Three of the blocks on each screen contain diamonds. If you line up three blocks in a row, you score mega bonus points.

In addition to crushing Sno-Bees with ice blocks, you can run over them when they are frozen. The Sno Bees temporarily freeze when you line up three diamonds. Also, you can freeze a Sno-Bee by kicking a wall that it is touching. You move on to the next round of play in this game when you have destroyed all of the Sno Bees or when the last one escapes.
