DESCRIPTION

Abe started out as a simple floor-waxer and had the misfortune to overhear some secret plans for a new food product . . . his own people! So he took it upon himself to save the entire race of Mudokons from the evil Glukkons and stop his people from being the latest taste sensation from RuptureFarms.

After saving all the Mudokon slaves from RuptureFrams, Abe found himself a hero to his people. He then decided that he needed a really cool vacation — after all, the stress of being a savior is pretty awesome. After the celebration in his honor, he fell off the stage, bumped his head and had a vision.

The ghosts of three of his ancient ancestors came to him. They told him that RuptureFarms was just one of the many slaughterhouses run by the Glukkons. There was now a new and even greater threat to Abe's people. One that was violating the very spirits of those that had died before. Its name is SoulStorm Brewery!

At the SoulStorm Brewery they make SoulStorm Brew, a super addictive drink created from the bones of Mudokons. To get these bones, the Glukkons are forcing Mudokons to mine Necrum, the ancient Mudokon city of the dead. As if that wasn't bad enough, when one of the Mudokon slaves is literally worked to death, they become part of the product. No fuss, no muss, no waste, just profit.

In Oddworld Adventures 2 by GT Interactive Software as Abe, your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to destroy the mines by wrecking the boilers. Then you will have to venture into the heart of the brewery itself and destroy the entire operation. Along the way, you really should save as many of your people as you can. You can never tell when you might need an army of very grateful friends. You will face Scrabs, Paramites, Glukkons, Sligs, Fleeches, Slurgs and Slogs oh my! And that's not all! There are several puzzles where you will need to use your head, your friends and maybe even enemies to solve them.

To accomplish this monumental task, you must use your ability to speak to save your friends and get them to help you accomplish certain things. There are just some things a Mudokon cannot do alone. Then, of course, you can chant and possess some of your enemies. Use them to help you get into locked rooms and eliminate other enemies. Oh yeah, don't forget to drink some of the SoulStorm Brew from any one of the dispensers you'll find along the way. Once you do, you can, well it says it in the instructions, FART a cloud of explosive gas and knock out a few enemies in the process! But that's not all!
