EA's pride and joy NHL 99 has finally made it ways on the Nintendo 64 with some impressive results. Featuring full NHL and NHLPA license, NHL 99 makes use of all 27 NHL teams.

This game is also packed with options and customizable features from player manipulation and trades to rule changes and even the ability to change offences/defenses on the run. Six game modes are also included including exhibition and shootout and the game seems to be benefit from advanced AI and motion captured animation while the sound is certainly limited.
