Continuing on the high-scoring, no-holds-barred style of football, Midway brings NFL Blitz 2001 to the Dreamcast. Over previous editions, Blitz 2001 features more player models, new player attributes, more camera angles, four new stadiums, and new playbooks. Users can also create players and complete teams that can be trained.
