College hoops continue on PlayStation 2 with NCAA Basketball 09, which introduces several features to help distinguish it from its March Madness predecessors. New licensed tournaments include the Anaheim Classic, Puerto Rico Tip-Off, and the Old Spice Classic. The on-court action now offers a "go-to guy" mechanic, which temporarily boosts a star player's ratings after you max out your team's momentum meter.
