DESCRIPTION

Originally a Game Boy Advance title released in Japan, Naruto: Path of the Ninja is a turn-based role-playing game starring six characters from the popular anime and manga series. Players will travel to multiple villages looking for missions to complete, with the exploration phase featuring random enemy encounters. During a turn, each party member can be ordered to attack, defend, use an item, perform magic, or attempt to flee from battle. Defeating enemies allows characters to earn experience, gold, and equipment to enhance their attributes. Players can also switch formations during encounters and perform special team-up attacks. Path of the Ninja's storyline is based on 80 episodes of the animated series, and characters can master more than 90 jutsu attacks. Playable party members include Naruto, Sakura, Sasuke, Shikamaru, Neij, and Rock Lee. ~ Scott Alan Marriott, All Game Guide
