DESCRIPTION

Namco's aptly named block-burrowing hero tunnels his way onto Nintendo DS in this near-launch title. When his fellow "Drillers" become buried in colorful blocks, Mr. Driller is just the man to rescue them, thanks to his ability to remove all adjacent same-colored blocks with a single shot from his trusty drill. The underground can be a dangerous place, however, so he'll have to watch out for falling blocks and make sure he stays powered up with enough air capsules. Players can control Mr. Driller by tapping the lower touch screen in the direction they want him to drill. The upper screen shows a map that gives a better sense of where Mr. Driller is in the current level. Multiplayer games are supported through the DS' wireless capabilities. ~ T.J. Deci, All Game Guide
