Mixed-Up Mother Goose is an adventure title released way back in 1987 that shaped the future of both Sierra and children's titles for years to come. The game follows a simple yet highly enjoyable mission to solve all 18 of Mixed-Up Mother Goose's nursery rhymes and be crowned the hero of the day.
These Nursery rhymes include Little Miss Muffet, Peter Peter Pumpkin Eater, Hey Diddle Diddle the Cat with the Fiddle, Little Bo Peep, Hickory Dickory Dock, and a range of other lovable classics. The problem solving in the game follows the children's ability to find an item from each nursery rhyme and deliver it to the appropriate owner.
Players can also choose to enter their real name and choose from eight children to play with. Four game speeds are also included for those who find the game too sluggish or in some cases just too difficult to control and a number of other options can also be configured. Parents and children likewise will love Mixed-Up Mother Goose as it teaches children management and problem solving skills in a very enjoyable way. ~ Brad Penniment, All Game Guide
