DESCRIPTION

Mistmare follows Isador, an inquisitor monk, on a journey through an alternate history of Europe in 1996. The industrial revolution never happened; no cars, phones, or any of the technological improvements of the 20th century exist. Instead, European cities are isolated, separated by a thick mist filled with hideous monsters.

Mistmare is mix of adventure, action, and RPG gameplay. Players will choose from an arsenal of melee weapons, battle over 35 monsters, interact with 80-plus characters, trudge through nasty weather, and try to track down the man labeled the "antichrist" by the church. ~ Mark Hoogland, All Game Guide
