DESCRIPTION
MicroLeague Baseball II allows you to step into the shoes of a major league manager. While you do not control your players you can watch the action take place and tell your players what to do each step of the way. Perform all of the moves of a real manager, from setting the batting order to telling your outfield when to play deep. Track tons of stats for your team, trade your players, and call up players from the minor leagues.
New fetures that were added since MicroLeague Baseball include: pop-up screens for easy mid-game stat access and substitutions, expanded offensive and defensive options, pitching and hitting stats vs. a lefty or righty, bunting for a hit or sacrafice, stealing and base running ratings, fielding average plus throwing range and arm strength, batters pull, spray, or hit straight away, fatigue and power factors, Quick-Play option/box score, and stat accumulator.
Included with MicroLeague Baseball II are: 1927 NYA, 1959 L.A., 1980 Philadelphia, 1987, Minnesota, 1987 St. Louis, 1988 Oakland, Polo Grounds, Yankee Stadium, and Dodger Stadium. More teams and stadiums can be purchased seperately. ~ Jonathan Sutyak, All Game Guide
