DESCRIPTION

Based on the third version SNK's popular Metal Slug arcade games, this side-scrolling shooter comes to the Xbox with a number of enhancements. Though the gameplay remains 2D, the action unfolds against 3D-modeled backgrounds. Also true to the series' established style, the Metal Slug 3 juxtaposes cute, cartoonish characters with explosive, fast-paced warfare. New vehicles in the Xbox edition include the "Slug Copter" and the "Elephant Slug."
