DESCRIPTION
Released along with the companion game Zerker X Saurian, Mega Man Star Force 2: Zerker X Ninja continues the series' theme of melding card battles with traditional RPG gameplay. Gamers once again take control of Geo Stelar and his friend Omega-Xis as they navigate both the physical world and the Wave World — an alternate reality network powered by electromagnetic waves — battling unidentified animated beings and a new rival named Rogue. From the chaos springs a mysterious organization aiming to revive an ancient civilization, and only Geo and Omega can foil their plans. Gamers can fight back by harnessing the spirit of the ancient "Tribe" species to transform into an Elec Zerker that fights with a lightning-powered sword, or morphing into the cat-quick, Shinobi Star-wielding Wood Ninja. The game world at large is seen from an isometric viewpoint, but drawing battle cards triggers confrontations displayed in 3D on three-by-five battle grids. Gamers can use the wireless LAN or Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection to communicate with friends, share battle secrets, swap cards, and test their skill in friendly head-to-head fights. ~ Christopher Brown, All Game Guide

“Yay! Another poorly balanced Megaman game!
You know, Capcom is starting to slow down on these. I mean, I expect Capcom to churn out three more of the exact same damn game in a year XD
I kind of like the Battle Network Series and Starforce series a little bit better though. They generally seem more thought out in how they set it up.
I mean, apart from the cash cows that are Megaman Classic and Megaman X. I mean, I am not really looking forward to Megaman 10. It looks, IMO, a sad and pathetic addon to the Megaman Classic series to try to ease money out of people's wallets.
I am sure, if they gave in to the demands to continue Megaman X--the results would be just as disappointing.”

“Grabbed this game--kind off wanting to find Star Force 3 somewhere. I may need to look up the release day again--as I have yet to see number 3 in stores. You know--Geo Styler looks slightly better...”
