DESCRIPTION
The sequel to one of the best games on the NES, Mega Man 2 is as good or better than the original. The blue bomber has returned to take on eight more robots, this time created by Dr. Wily himself: Bubble Man, Quick Man, Metal Man, Crash Man, Wood Man, Heat Man, Flash Man and Air Man. The graphics are so good that they compare favorably to many Genesis games, and each level features a wonderful musical theme that is far superior to the usual discombobulated bleeps and bloops found on so many NES titles. Yet as excellent as the graphics and sounds are, the gameplay and controls are even better. There are nine huge levels of play fraught with unexpected dangers and challenges, including the final confrontation with the evil scientist Dr. Wily. ~ Brett Alan Weiss, All Game Guide

“A really hard game. Playing it now I am surprised I used to beat it 15 years ago. The best Mega Man. now things are all wonky and they are up to "Mega Man X 58.5 B.C.", I think. ^^”

“The best MegaMan game on the NES. Dr Wily Stage 1 music is one of the best songs from the 8 bit era. I've played this game so much I've beaten it without losing a life.”

“Awesome balance of bosses, and one of the best soundtracks to grace an 8-bit game. Pure classic and leaps and bounds above the original.”
