Tennis returns to the Mushroom Kingdom in this GameCube follow-up to the Nintendo 64 hit. Players can hit the courts as their favorite Mario game characters, each with different special abilities. Some of the larger characters, such as Bowser or Donkey Kong, can smack the ball with amazing force, but others, like Shy Guy and Luigi, can perform quick defensive moves that keep them in the game. Mario Power Tennis was developed by Camelot Software Planning, the studio responsible for the N64 and GBC versions of Mario Tennis, as well as the contemporary Mario Golf games. ~ T.J.
