This strategy excursion from niche producer NIS America presents the sensibilities of PC-style empire-building in a distinctly character-oriented, console-style package. Players take the role of Lord Zetta, who once ruled over all the netherworld, but has recently lost much of his power and influence. To win back control of the realm, players will manage and develop their kingdoms, constructing the structures and facilities they think will best serve their people and plans. A wide range of buildings are available, including homes, hospitals, and factories; since the happiness and strength of the nation relies on its infrastructure, choosing the most effective and worthwhile buildings and upgrades can be crucial.
