DESCRIPTION

From the creators of Hexen and Hexen II comes Mageslayer, a top down 3D action game (much like the old arcade classic Gauntlet). Four of the strongest mageslayers, each from a different clan of races, have been chosen to find and capture the five Relics in a desperate attempt to destroy and stop the reign the evil Lore Thane.

To do this, players will chose one of the five various mageslayers. Depending on which one you choose will affect how the game is carried out. The story remains the same, but the different slayers have their own individual method of play and control. The game consists of five different worlds, each of which is broken down into sub-levels and filled to the brim with monsters, mystical items and spells. There is also an option for online play in which you and a friend or a group of slayers can play the game cooperatively or in a head-to-head deathmatch to the finish.
