DESCRIPTION
MacBrickout falls somewhere between a combination of the early brick out games and Arkanoid but has a few touches of its own. Players must destroy a wall of bricks using a ball. In addition to the balls, soap bubbles float across the screen and balls can bounce off the soap bubbles or the paddle.
The score is determined by how many bricks the ball strikes before hitting the paddle. The more bricks that are hit and destroyed, the higher the score multiplier goes and this determines the number of points gained from each hit. Additionally, the use of power pills makes the game seem more like Arkanoid. The power pills roll down from the bricks on certain strikes and each has a different power relating to the color of the pill, some good and some bad. ~ Lisa Karen Savignano, All Game Guide
