DESCRIPTION

Based on a European comic book series created by the man responsible for Asterix the Gaul, René Goscinny, the Game Boy Color version of Lucky Luke is a side-scrolling platform title set in the Wild West. As the titular cowboy, players must round up famous outlaws from a bygone era, including Jesse James, Billy the Kid, and the Dalton brothers, through 12 levels of gun-slinging action. Levels take place in the Southwest as players gallop past a moving train while on horseback, outrun a bull stampede, escape from a tornado, and more while bringing enemies to justice. Mini-games like a shooting gallery help break up the action, and progress can be resumed via passwords provided at the end of each stage. ~ Scott Alan Marriott, All Game Guide
