The concept for Lost Luggage — retrieving suitcases from an airport carousel — is unique, but gameplay is not. The action is basically a slower, less intense, less enjoyable take on the Kaboom! formula. Players guide one or a pair of men (depending on the difficulty level) around the playfield, attempting to catch each and every piece of luggage falling from beneath an airport that is situated overhead. Let one by and underwear, bras and other articles of clothing will scatter across the screen, causing a chuckle or two the first two or three times this happens. Unlike Kaboom!, Lost Luggage lets players move vertically (as well as horizontally), but the game suffers from overly redundant gameplay and the lack of paddle control. Airplanes fly overhead, but the graphics are otherwise pretty ordinary. Not even terrorist suitcases and a two-player mode in which the other gamer controls the direction of the luggage can save this one from the unclaimed baggage heap. ~ Brett Alan Weiss, All Game Guide
