Little League World Series Baseball 2009 takes gamers back to the world of adolescent baseball, where huge contracts and giant egos take a backseat to old-fashioned love of the game. Building on the light-hearted gameplay established in Little League World Series Baseball 2008, players once again use the Wii Remote to pitch, field, and bat in an over-the-top manner, tossing flaming fastballs and building up a talent meter to hit gargantuan home runs. Gamers can pick an existing team or create a fully customized squad using the team editor, then play through a number of regional tournaments as they make their way to the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. There are a number of new stadiums in which to play, new skill challenges to undertake, an expanded list of collectible bobbleheads and trophies, and players looking for human competition can join up to three friends for multiplayer action. ~ Christopher Brown, All Game Guide
