While the game is rich in fan service, the cameos of pre-existing characters doesn't take away from the original elements, which include a captivating storyline, original characters, and new worlds. If anything, it only helps build the entire experience. The game deals with many real life coming of age dilemmas, such as friendship (being able to maintain old ones while making new ones), feeling trapped where you live, and realizing that no matter how badly you want something the ends doesn't always justify the means.”
