DESCRIPTION
As King Graham ascended to the throne of Daventry, he found himself without a wife. Not only did he crave companionship, but he did not want to share the same fate as his predecessor, King Edward, who had died heirless in King's Quest I.
Graham peers into the depths of his magic mirror, recovered during one of many quests in King's Quest I, and the image of a beautiful woman trapped in an ivory tower comes forth. Graham's heart is taken by this imprisoned maiden and he travels to the land of Kolyma to find her.
Graham finds Kolyma a to be strange new land full of foes and allies, traps and treasure. Here, he must solve three riddles and open three magic doors to travel to the realm where the evil witch Hagatha has imprisoned his fair maiden.
Graham meets fabulous creatures from myth and lore, solves puzzles, and encounters fierce monsters in this quest to rescue the woman from his magic mirror, whom he's come to love deeply, though never met in person. ~ Chris Couper, All Game Guide
