DESCRIPTION

In this colorful game, you control a clown on a unicycle, as he pedals back and forth on a downtown street as balloons and other objects fly down towards his head. In the earlier levels, his hat is used to pop the balloons, but as time progresses, these balloons are stacked upon his head in which time either a caught Pac-Man will chomp them or he will reach up to pop them with a pin. As levels progress, the famous ghosts in Pac-Man are also introduced and they bring about corresponding bonuses. The game gets its namesake by the clown's ability, once he misses catching a balloon on his head, to kick it up for another try before it falls to the ground. ~ Paul Biondich, All Game Guide
