Designed by independent programmer Kevin Horton 13 years after the demise of the ColecoVision, KevTris is a nicely crafted clone of Tetris. Gameplay apes the addictive puzzler block for block, but several new modes have been added, including two-player split screen options and handicapping. Players can race to be the first to clear a set number of lines or try to score as many points as possible in a set time limit. A unique variation is "Most Lines", in which the player with the most cleared lines at the end of the game is the winner, regardless of whose blocks have stacked to the top of the screen. The blocks have their own color and design, making them easy to distinguish, even in the faster levels of play. ~ Brett Alan Weiss, All Game Guide
