Based on scientific research, JumpStart Advanced: 1st Grade teaches children in a style that works best for them. The game will identify your child's learning style with the "Learning Profiler" by asking kids to pick one of the seven styles, including the athlete, the reader, the team leader, and the artist. After a child is grouped, they can explore four areas such as "Fundamentals," "Art Club," "Music," and "Pet Playground."
"Fundamentals" builds first grade skills by teaching lessons in math, reading, spelling, and more with a variety of activities including "Super Spelling" and "Reading Skills." "Art Club" accesses your child's inner Picasso by allowing them to create their own pictures, banners, and cards. "Music" introduces kids to melodies, rhythm, and instruments. "Pet Playground" introduces children to the responsibilities of owning a pet by letting them adopt a cyber pet, then teaching them to care for it.
JumpStart Advanced: 1st Grade teaches over 50 lessons such as phonics, vocabulary, subtraction, addition, spelling, world regions, melody, problem solving, colors, and more in a variety of activities that are automatically adjusted for difficulty. ~ Gracie Leach, All Game Guide
